For use in Charcoal, Electric and Gas grills, the Holey Smoker is a hardwood smoke box that simply sits on top of the grate and adds a great smoky flavor to meats, fish, vegetables and other foods. The Holey Smoker comes in two types: with wood chips (Ready-to-go") and without chips. The Holey Smoker is made of stainless steel, is dishwasher safe and is made in the U.S.A. The Holey Smoker has a telescoping lid to accept larger chunks of wood up to 1/2' taller than the smoker box. This enables you to prolong the smoking time. One of the best features of the Holey Smoker is the packaging, which contains a list of suggested hardwoods, their characteristics, flavor and common food uses.
